By placing an order with Showcase Records and media, Inc. ("the Company," "we, "us," or "our,"), you("Customer," "you,) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivers, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Carrier Liability: All shipments are processed and delivered via independent third-party carriers (e.g., USPS,UPS, FedEx). Showcase Records and Media, Inc. is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.
Delivery Dates: Any delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

All Sales Final Media: Due go the easily replicable nature of physical and digital media, all sales of vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, digital downloads, and electronic media are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact our customer support team at [showcaserecords305@gmail.com] within [e.g., 7or 14] days of the recorded delivery date. You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage to be eligible for replacement or store credit.
